The world's largest
SaaS pricing dataset, working for you
Vendr gives procurement, finance, and IT teams the pricing intelligence and AI-powered negotiation tools to stop overpaying for software.
OUR STORY
Built on a decade of watching buyers lose
Before founding Vendr, Ryan Neu spent nearly a decade at HubSpot, joining the SMB sales team early and staying through its IPO. He saw firsthand how the information asymmetry in enterprise software sales consistently disadvantaged buyers. Vendors had pricing playbooks, discount matrices, and years of negotiation data. Buyers had none of it.
In 2018, he started Vendr to close that gap. The premise was straightforward: aggregate real transaction data from thousands of SaaS purchases, then use it to ensure every buyer gets a fair deal. Within a year, the company was accepted into Y Combinator, already profitable at the time of admission.
Today, Vendr has processed billions in SaaS transactions across more than 2,600 suppliers. Our dataset, the largest of its kind, grows with every deal and powers an AI platform that handles everything from price benchmarking to autonomous contract negotiation. What started as a buying service has become the intelligence layer that procurement, finance, and IT teams rely on to manage their entire software spend.

WHAT DRIVES US
Our values
Transparency first
We believe pricing should be based on data, not leverage. We publish benchmarks, surface comparable deals, and give every buyer the context to negotiate from a position of strength.
Speed matters
Procurement cycles that drag on for months cost real money. We combine AI automation with expert oversight to compress timelines from quarters to days.
Data-driven outcomes
Every price benchmark, every savings estimate, every negotiation strategy is grounded in $15B+ of verified transaction data, not anecdotes or guesswork.
Fair for everyone
We create outcomes where buyers get fair pricing and sellers close deals faster. Removing the adversarial dynamic makes the entire market more efficient.
Built for teams
Procurement doesn't happen in a silo. Our platform is designed for how cross-functional teams like finance, IT, procurement, and department leads actually evaluate, approve, and buy software.
Relentless craft
Every benchmark we publish, every workflow we ship, and every line of code we write reflects a commitment to precision. We earn trust through the quality of our work.
